MOVE A COMPANY.

      When other people find it hard to find work, some of us even want to leave their jobs and change to new jobs or companies. In addition to salary issues and company management, sometimes the intention to move jobs is caused by the work itself. Our group chooses to move companies rather than settle in a company.

It's better to move than to become a permanent employee at the company. There will be more knowledge and experience that we can get, also a new work environment can improve morale and can socialize with new colleagues. But to move to work we must increase time, and look for opportunities and salaries that are greater than the previous workplace. Usually someone moves from the company because they are interested in new challenges and opportunities to use their skills in other fields that are different from their previous work. Also because there is no opportunity for employees to develop because of the intense competition between employees, also because the position is not in line with expectations and wants to focus on pursuing a career as expected.
